In addition, you’ll also have access to exclusive deals, offers, and promotions that are set aside just for cardholders. You can apply for a Forever 21 card or a Forever 21 Visa® Credit Card Account, though the specific benefits will vary as described below.

Earning Points
Through this special membership program, you can earn points every time you shop with your Forever 21 credit card or Forever 21 Visa® card. Then, you can redeem those points for a Forever 21 Reward Certificate.
There are many ways to earn points while you shop. These will vary based on the type of card you use.
If you shop with your Forever 21 Credit Card, you’ll earn three points for every $1.00 spent on purchases both in-store and online (minus returns, refunds, or credit adjustments). In this case, the card’s 5% back offer is expressed in terms of points earned.
If you shop with your Forever 21 Visa® card, you’ll also earn three points for every $1.00 you spend. However, that’s not all. This card also allows you to earn points when you shop outside of the store, including:
- Two points for every $1.00 you spend at qualifying restaurants
- One point for every eligible purchase made everywhere else Visa is accepted
Note that you cannot earn points on purchases made with gift cards or e-certificates. They also do not apply to taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, or credit adjustments. All points expire 24 months after they’re added to your Points balance, and your Rewards Certificates expire 60 days after they’re issued.
Bonus Points
On occasion, Forever 21 will provide shoppers with opportunities to earn extra points, called Bonus Points. You may have to register a new account to qualify for the offer, and there are also terms, conditions, and limitations that usually apply.
